Founded in 1982 by John and Jerri Banks, Kolache Factory is a quick-service, bakery-café that offers franchise opportunities around the country. In addition to serving kolaches, a popular product best described as a slightly sweet, pastry roll filled with a variety of ingredients ranging from to fruit to cheese and meat, Kolache Factory offers its customers gourmet coffees and a variety of traditional pastries.
