Modern Baking magazine recently ranked Kolache Factory as the 43rd largest foodservice bakery operation in the United States. Modern Baking’s Top 50 foodservice bakery operators are ranked according to their unit numbers. They bake in-house and offer bakery products for retail sale.In addition, Franchise Times magazine listed Kolache Factory as one of the top 20 bakery-cafes to watch.
