Important Shipping Information

We ship Monday-Wednesday and do require 24 hours advance notice so we can properly prepare your delicious goodies. Orders received Wednesday-Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

We do observe all major holidays. Please be aware of this when placing your order.

Kolache Factory products are shipped only within the contiguous United States, and cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Order Status & Inquiries

You will receive an automated email from us to confirm that your order has been submitted successfully. You will receive an additional email message when your order has shipped. If for any reason you do not receive an email please contact us to ensure we have your order.

Contact us at 281-829-6188 or email shipping@kolachefactory.com with questions, special requests, or changes to your original order, such as adding items, deleting items, or changing the shipping date. Please include your name, the order number, and the date the order was placed in any email you send to us.

Cancellation Policy
 

Should it become necessary to cancel an order, contact us immediately at 281-829-6188. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS VIA EMAIL. Please have the name on the order, the order number, and the date the order was placed available when requesting a cancellation.

To avoid charges, the order must be cancelled before 5:00 p.m. CST on the business day prior to its scheduled ship date. If the scheduled ship date is a Monday, the order must be cancelled prior to 5:00 p.m. CST on the previous Friday.

You will not be charged to cancel an order that has not been sent to our kitchen for preparation. Once an order has been baked off, charges up to the full amount of the order may apply.
