Kolache Factory Raises Donations For Light The Night

This year’s event, held on October 14, 2006 at the Sam Houston Race Park, was another success! Our team, the J Walker, raised $1984.00, and thanks to our generous customers who purchased the “Light the Night” balloons, our stores raised $1582.86. In total, Kolache Factory helped raise $3566.86. We offer an enormous thanks to the following businesses who donated to the J Walkers cause:

Kolache Factory takes pride in knowing that through the kindness and generosity of our customers, friends, and employees, we helped the Texas Gulf Coast Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society raise over $340,000 for the “Light the Night” event. We are thrilled to be a part of such a wonderful foundation.

Kolache Factory thanks each one of you for helping us give back to our community. We wish each one of you a blessed 2007 and look forward to raising the bar on fundraising for next year’s event.

Look for our holiday bears in 2007 (priced at $5.00 ea.) and, of course, the blue paper balloons. All proceeds from our participating stores will be remitted to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
